R5: 200 Ohm resistor, but only if D1 is blue !! (0805)
IC1: PIC18F2455-I/SO or PIC18F2550-I/SO microcontroller (28-Lead SOIC)
D1: blue led; if you use other color put R5=1k !! (0805)

R3: 1.5k resistor (0805): NOT NEEDED (see notes below)
Notes:
1) The pull-up of D- line is done internally and is software configurable so you don't need to use R3. Solder it
only if you modify the firmware sources disabling internal pull-up.
